Questions about orders

Questions about payment
During the proces of ordering you may choose the payment method of your liking. BiOBUDDi supports the following payment methods: iDEAL, Creditcard, PayPal, Bank transaction or Pickup.
Questions about shipment
BiOBUDDi partnered with DHL to make sure your order gets delivered. Upon receiving your payment we will send the order. Orders are delivered within 2 to 4 days. All BiOBUDDi products are ready for delivery from stock.
Questions about refunds
It is always possible a product does not meet your demands. A product may always be returned or traded for free within 14 days. Please note, the product may not be damaged. Please inform us before you send a return.
